TEEN FITNESS EVERY WEDNESDAY
Sessions include a mix of movement drills, strength training, and cardio, using a variety of gym equipment such as free weights, resistance machines, and cardio gear like treadmills and rowers.
Participants will also work in pairs or small groups to refine technique, build confidence, and stay motivated.
Our trainers provide sport-specific guidance to help individuals enhance their athletic performance, whether for general fitness or a particular sport.
